Ordering FAQ
Who can order?
- At LKN Distributors, we sell and deliver only to licensed liquor and wine retailers in South Carolina.
- To place orders online, your store must be registered and verified with a valid ABL license..
- All deliveries are made in compliance with South Carolina law and only to the licensed premises specified on the applicable ABL license.
Browsing the Catalog:
- You can explore our catalog by beverage category, producer (brand), or special tags such as Figurines, Gift Boxes, or Unique Items.
- You can also sort products alphabetically, by popularity, date added, or price.
- You can narrow product selection by price range (for registered users).
- Shortcut pages like New Products, BestSellers, and Figurines automatically apply the corresponding filters to the catalog.
Online access and demo accounts:
- A temporarily created demo account allows stores to view prices but cannot be used to place orders.
- Full access to online ordering is available only after account registration and ABL license verification.
Delivery schedule and conditions:
- Orders received by 5:00 p.m. on Mondays are typically delivered the same week.
- Routes and deliveries are planned weekly based on the orders received.
- Delivery is free of charge.
- Minimum order amount: USD 250
Payment method:
- An invoice is issued after delivery. Payment terms are included on the invoice.
Order management:
- You can view previous orders in your personal profile.
- Create a purchase list on the cart page and reuse it for future orders.
- For faster entry, use the Bulk Ordering Form — both tools are available in your personal profile.
Order modifications and inquiries:
- All orders are final.
- Any modifications, corrections, or questions about an order must be directed to LKN Distributors management by phone or email.
